The Following is a list of average fees charged by the office:

Residential Closing (up to 2 family, which also includes condo, townhome, etc.)
Flat Fee of $1,200.00
Commercial Closing (3-4 family dwelling, includes vacant lots)
Flat Fee of $1,750.00.
Commerical Dwellings (any property other than 1-4 family dwellings)
Fees start at $2,500.00
